Please read and follow all safety regulations before participating in Splashhh activities.
CHILDREN & PARENT/GUARDIAN POLICY
Children must remain under appropriate adult/guardian supervision according to the requirements of the particular Splashhh location or activity. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children follow all safety instructions. Certain activities may require the presence or consent of a parent/legal guardian. Children should not be left unattended unless they are participating in a Splashhh programme specifically designed and supervised for that purpose. Where legally required, parental/guardian consent will be obtained before collecting or processing a child's personal information.
HEALTH & FITNESS POLICY
Some Splashhh activities involve physical movement and may not be suitable for everyone. Visitors should carefully consider their physical condition before participating. Guests who are pregnant or have a recent injury, fracture, heart condition, severe back/neck problem, mobility limitation or another condition that may be affected by physical activity should seek appropriate medical advice before participating. Visitors must inform Splashhh staff if they require assistance or believe an activity may not be suitable for them. Participation should always remain within the visitor's personal physical ability.
CLOTHING & PERSONAL SAFETY
Visitors should wear comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Depending on the attraction Grip socks may be mandatory. Loose jewellery may need to be removed. Sharp objects should not be carried during activities. Phones, keys, watches or other loose belongings may need to be stored before participation. Clothing with sharp accessories, buckles or unsafe attachments may not be permitted on certain attractions.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS POLICY
Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Splashhh recommends securely storing phones, jewellery, wallets, watches, bags and other valuables before participating in physical activities. Splashhh will provide reasonable assistance in locating lost belongings but cannot guarantee recovery of lost, misplaced or unattended items.
SCHOOL & EDUCATIONAL GROUP POLICY
Schools and educational institutions making group bookings should provide appropriate teacher/ coordinator supervision. The institution or organiser is responsible for communicating Splashhh's safety rules to students and accompanying adults. Students must follow instructions provided by teachers, coordinators and Splashhh staff. Special packages, complimentary entries or benefits offered to school groups may be subject to separate terms.
